I have been horrible about blogging.So much has happened and I have finally organized my pics on my laptop so I can begin the process of updating and story telling as to the events that have occured in our lives... in the last YEAR ! Its been way too long , so long that I had a hell of a time resetting all my passwords and email just to access my own blog, WOW, pretty lame I know. I am at work now and dont have access to all my pics.So this weekend I am going to write all about our move,holidays,work, school , sports...the works with pictures and everything when I DO have the good pics I want to share! But until then...... enjoy these pics of my lil' man.

My Aunt Cindy came down for a visit with my cousin Jackson. I always enjoy seeing them . We always find some fun to get into. We starting the trip off with an adventure to Big Bear. i had been wanting to visit the snow and go sledding for sometime now. i knew that if we didnt go soon we would miss the snow entirely. So we woke up Saturday and packed some food and off we went. We had a great time. We didnt really know where we were going or how we'd get there, but that was part the fun. jr got REALLY cold and started to cry, but after a changed of clothes he was off and running. I cant wait till next winter , cause now that I know how close Big Bear is , we will go all the time.

Christmas came and went. It was unusually calm.
We all gathered at my dads on Christmas Eve for Dinner and a small gift exchange. I love when the whole family gets together. Its one of my favorite things to do. Here are some pics of the festivities.

Today is my 3*st birthday(no that's not a typo). I was planning on taking the day off from work ,but things didn't exactly pan out that way. I spent most of the day working alone in a very empty and too quiet office. Just as I was starting to feel sorry for myself a nice looking lady came in with a fruit and chocolate bouquet. The nice lady looked at the card and asked if Troy was in (I work at Troy Smith CPA ). Now Troy has been out of town,because his mother in-law passed away,so I immediately assumed that this MUST be some sort of condolences.WELL,She within seconds corrected herself and said "Oh I'm sorry it's not Troy,......is..... Lisha here?" OH my, I JUMP up and say "THAT'S ME"!!!!!!. It definitely was for me.It was a beautiful bouquet of delicious fruit,some dipped in chocolate. WOW! Thanks to Laura,Adam,Marie,Monte and kids. It was a very unexpected treat,and itg made my day!Love to youy all.XOXO

THANKSGIVING 2009

This time of year is usually very hard on me. I miss my mom tremendously. Even when I was running around town doing my thing I usually found myself with my mom and family on the big holidays. This season just isn't what it used to be with her gone.
This year I made a conscious decision to try and see the positive. To be THANKFUL for what I DO have.
My aunt Cindy and cousin Jackson came into town and stayed with me through out the weekend. On Thanksgiving day Cindy,Jackson,Jr and I went to the cemetery to take flowers for my mom and grandma. We spent time there talking about how much we miss them and sweet things we will always remember.After we went to my dads house. I was so happy that my sister and brother and their families were all together this year. We did miss Jared and Coralee,but got him on the phone to catch up and that's always nice!
I must say I was very impressed with dads turkey this year - Dad,what ever you did,keep doing it.YUM YUM.
Saturday, Cindy JAckson jr and I went to China town and Olivera Street (again-we do that alot).We had a really good time.Ate too much chinese food,but enjoyed walking it off around town.All in All another successful Thanskgiving weekend

Halloween 2009

Wow, I have totally lagged it haven't I. Sorry folks,but the happenings of my life just aren't that exciting,and the REALLY exciting stuff I wont write in a public blog anyway.LOLOLOLOL!!!

Anyhoo,
Halloween was on a Saturday this year.I always have such a hard time getting home from work to take Jr out before all the good candy is gone,but not this year.Junior and I had all day together.It was very relaxing.

We headed out to the church for some trucker treating and it was quite nice. The dinner was simple yet yummy,and all the kids had fun getting all that candy.
We then headed out to Uncle Adams to go trick or treating with the "big" boys,but when we got there the boys decided they just wanted to go to haunted houses. Jr was not big on that idea and so I took him around their neighborhood to get some more candy before heading home.
All and all it was nice just being together.

Family Reunion minus 9

We just got back from a mini reunion. I say Mini ,because we were missing a big chunk of the group. We thought of them always! I ]know I missed them all!!!!
My dad has a timeshare in San Juan Capistrano. It was so nice. Jr and I had a blast.But missed Harvey SOOO much.

The first day we just settled in went to the pool and jacuzzi to soak our bones.
That we all got together and played "Wacko Six"(dont ask it's hard to explain)and played pool. I totally sucked! But we had a blast just being together. On Friday we woke and headed to go "GEOCATCHING". It's basically a treasure hunt hosted on the internet. You have to follow the Longitude etc to find this object that has been hidden. We found 2 out of three. Here are some photos from that experience.

Jr was begging me to go to the beach.So on Saturday I fulfilled my promise. As soon as we woke we headed across the street to the beach.Later we all went(except dad because he was sore from "GEOCATCHING")to a bunch of thrift stores that Amy knew about.i found some cute stuff for Jr and myself.Then we headed to San Clemente and walked the pier.That was so Pretty and tons of fun.

I have to say that overall it was really fun. I NEVER get a vacation and to get to spend time with my family was a plus. There was a lot of talk about definatly doing it again and I really hope that all my the family will make it next time.because it wasn't the same without them!!! XOXO

Jr is off to Utah with his Grandpa and Amy. My dad is being very thoughtful and giving me regular updates. This is one of the few pictures I have received so far.My dad plans on making a book for Jr showing all the different places he traveled. When they get to Utah,Jr will have the opportunity to visit and stay with his Uncle Jared & Aunt Coralee, Cousin Anthony & Sam. Now I know that jr will have a blast the next 5 days that he is away & enjoy hanging out with his Utah family. I am in no way worried about him, its me I worry about. I have indured a lot in life some at my own hand,and When i had Jr, I put a magic "Tough Hat" on and pushed through. I got through things I never imagined I could indure without falling off the deep end. I know in my heart that it has a lot to do with Jr. I wonder if I would have the strenght to be who I am today,if I didn't have Jr giving me the drive to do good. jr has only been away from me for about less than 24 hours at the most before,and I usually start having panic attacks about the 15th hour. Here is to staying Strong!!!!

I love you Jr so much and want you to have positive life adventures,and this I hope is one you always remember!!!! I love you and will see you soon.

Do you ever day dream about how your life would be perfect,"if Only"(fill in the blank)? I DO ALL THE TIME!!!! Most times it totally consumes me. I will stay up at night,or my work day will pass me by in a blink all while I am fantasizing about how my life would be better,"if Only". If only I had such amount of dollars,if only i was married,if only I had chosen better with the first husband,if only I could stay home and see Jr all that much more,if only I owned a home,if only i was 100 lbs like I used to be,if only I hadn't wasted so many years "lost"....I could go on for ever with this.You get the point. I don't want to waste anymore of my life wishing it was different.How sad this could be if in 25 years I am still day dreaming about my "if only's".You know that saying,"the grass is always greener..."? Its a great saying! One I need to keep in my head along with all these random & often obsessive & negative thoughts. I have to remind myself that my life is what it is and enjoy the good when it comes.The bad is just excess. Like the fat in my a**. AHHH!,IF ONLY".

Now if only I could get back to work

On Friday morning Jr & I went to BC Cafe for breakfast.I was smart not to order anything big this time.it was so yummy and jr's food was free( Yay)later that day Marie & Seb came over and we BBQ'd & went swimming. We really had a good time! Playing in the water,getting pedicures,even the boys joined in on that fun. Saturday I took Harvey to the groomers,he needed alittle "me time". On my way home from dropping him off I had a little car trouble.Nothing too major thank goodness. Jr & I went swimming again before heading out to Laura's for more BBQ fun and fireworks. We had a blast. Jr got mad when the the big "kids" wouldn't let him do the dangerous fireworks. That is what the sour face is all about. We stayed till almost 1am !!! Laura was sweet enought to help me get my blog going. Another successful Independence Day down!!!! I love when the family gets together,and miss those that aren't there. I really have grown to cherish these moments.

Back in May I had the opportunity to go on my first real camping trip,quading and all. Man it was a blast!!! I had so much and I can't wait to go again. Jr loved hanging with the guys. We ate great BBQ, and rode quads,sometimes we just talked.It was so much fun. Here are some pics from that great time.
